Overview
Siphon Protocol — private, composable DeFi execution.
Siphon Protocol is a platform for private DeFi execution — trade without a trace.
It lets traders deposit funds into an encrypted vault, define trading strategies with hidden parameters, and execute swaps and withdrawals without exposing intent, positions, or strategy logic on-chain.
What Siphon unifies
Siphon combines three capabilities that are usually fragmented:
| Layer | What it does |
|---|---|
| Privacy vault | ZK commitments on-chain; only the depositor holds spend secrets |
| Strategy builder | Visual flows and AI-assisted composition for limits, DCA, stops |
| Encrypted runtime | FHE-evaluated triggers against live oracle prices |
The core promise
Your strategies, order sizes, and trigger prices should not be visible to front-runners, MEV bots, or on-chain surveillance.

Repository map
Siphon is a multi-repo monorepo. Each component is independently deployable:
| Repo | Role |
|---|---|
siphon-app | Next.js dapp, builder, client ZK/FHE |
siphon-contracts | EVM vaults, entrypoint, Groth16 verifiers |
siphon-zk | Circom circuits and trusted setup |
siphon-fhe | FHE engine, trade executor, relayer |
siphon-indexer | Ponder indexer for Merkle leaves and deposits |

Mission
We are building Siphon Protocol — a unified platform for private, anonymous DeFi execution. Our goal is to make cryptographic privacy as accessible and composable as modern trading infrastructure.
